Steps to successful electronic contract implementation

• Provide David Husted Music background on your project, timeline and scope using the CONTACT FORM above. 
• Provide your full name and an email address to enable me to review initial work scope and/or obtain additional info from you to understand project better and to see if there is a fit.
• If work looks do-able, I will send you the formal contract link for e-signature using the email address you provided. Use the link in the provided email to access the formal contract, fill out required fields and to electronically sign. All fields must be filled in and completed for contract to workflow to the next step correctly.
• A final signed contract will be sent back to you via email in a pdf format for your records.
• After final contract is received by all parties please use the Bandzoogle Payment for Services Button located on the David Husted Music Mixing Services Page provided above to complete the payment initial deposit transaction. Once David Husted Music receives confirmation of payment initial work can begin.
• A partial rendering of song will be delivered to you prior to completion of final payment.
• A final rendering of song in wav and mp3 will be delivered to you upon confirmation final payment is received.

This Mixing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Mixer agrees to provide professional audio mixing services for the Client on a per-song basis. Each song will include:
- One (1) initial mix
- Up to Two (2) or three (3) revisions depending on pricing tier selected (see below chart):
- Final delivery in WAV and MP3 format

2. SCOPE OF WORK

Mixing will be performed using the multi-track stems provided by the Client.
Stems must be clearly labeled, edited, and properly exported (same tempo and start point).
The Client will provide reference tracks and any notes regarding creative direction.

3. RATE AND PAYMENT

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
- The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final mix.
- Payments are accepted via [PayPal / Venmo / Bank Transfer / Stripe].

4. REVISIONS

The Client is entitled to up to two (2) revisions per song, included in the basic tier price or up to three (3) revisions per song for the standard or pro tier.
Additional revisions beyond selected tier will incur a fee of $50 per revision.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving each version.

5. TURNAROUND TIME

Initial mix delivery will be within 7–10 business days after receiving all required materials and deposit.
Revisions will typically be delivered within 2–3 business days.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to provide all necessary files (stems, session info, notes) in a timely and organized manner.
The Client affirms they have the legal right to use and distribute all materials provided.

7. OWNERSHIP AND CREDIT

The Mixer is not entitled to ownership or royalties from the song unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proper credit will be given as: "Mixed by David Husted Music” in liner notes or digital release credits where possible.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client cancels after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the Mixer cannot fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any received payments will be issued.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
