I keep all my original songs in a spreadsheet and let a random shuffle decide the pick. Today it landed on “Submarine,” a track released both as a single and later on my album Many Faces. I love this song. It was first released on July 29th, 2021. Time flies when you're having fun.
“….why did I act like the guy who is always right. I was a submarine but I thought I was flying”.
I kicked off this random song experiment ages ago—and somehow, since then, I’ve released 12 more tracks that never even made it into the mix. Still about 29 songs left to roll the dice on… then I’ll toss the new ones in and spin it all over again.
Just part of the ritual, I guess.
