Dawn’s pale light crept across the jagged hills of Spiredark, spilling silver over the shadowed cliffs and narrow ravines of the realm of Spottifar. For once, Saurat, Lyrren Vale and Celladonna his steadfast friends and collector of artist and composer Cindrels respectively, felt the weight of their recent triumphs—
—and dared to imagine the next challenge with a spark of joy.

However, in the darkest realm of Spottifar their rightful share had been stolen and they would, as prophesied in the ancient story of Robin Hood from ages past, seek means to redeem this bounty.
They arrived at the winding, copper-lined tower of Sir Royal T, perched on the edge of the Obsidian Narrows. Inside, the old wizard bard’s study hummed with a quiet warmth, filled with softly glowing spheres representing songs traveling across Spottifar. His eyes gleamed as he greeted them.
The Pivotal Meeting in the Hermitage
“Ah, Saurat! Lyrren! Celladonna! Welcome! The artist and composer Cindrels are secure. But now comes a grander trial: one thousand streams. Not a single trick, no enchantments to sway the ears—this must be the song’s own merit, drawing listeners who truly wish to hear it.”
Saurat sighed with equal parts excitement and dread. “A thousand streams… it feels impossible, even here in Spottifar.”
Sir Royal T chuckled. “Impossible? No. But it will require patience, perseverance, and the natural pull of the song. Listen closely.”
He swept his hand over a darkened map of Spottifar, each jagged territory glowing faintly.
“We will release Saurat strategically along three fertile lands where ears are keen and hearts are open: the winding woods of Ferrowdell, the misty cliffs of Gloamspire, and the hidden valleys of Nethertale. Listeners here are known for their appreciation of songs that linger in the soul, melodies that stir the imagination.”
Lyrren’s eyes brightened. “So, the streams grow naturally, from ears that want to listen?”
“Exactly,” Sir Royal T said. “No magic beyond placing the song where it can be found. Saurat’s brilliance will do the rest.”
The Plan
Selective Release — Saurat’s song will be presented to regions where attentive listeners reside.
Organic Discovery — small gatherings, wandering hobbit-like folk, and curious denizens of the dark forests encounter the song naturally.
Shared Enthusiasm — as one listener enjoys Saurat, they share it with friends, family, and kin, creating an echo of true delight.
Careful Observation — Lyrren monitors the streams, noting which paths yield the most genuine interest.
