What’s going on in Dave’s world of music lately?

Honestly? Finding time to carve out my own “masterpieces” has been a challenge—but that’s cool, because the band scene has been keeping me busy (and buzzing). Here’s what’s on the calendar:

WildGood (cover band)
We’ll be playing at the Waterview Inn on October 17, 2025. A good time—come out, say hello, and enjoy the night.

FM Six: A Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks Tribute Band
We'll be back on stage at Ollie’s Bar & Grill on November 1, 2025. We had a great show at The Rex in early September (there’s a clip floating around if you’d like to see it). Excited to be playing with them again soon.

The Get-Up (originals and covers)
This one’s close to the heart. A group of old high school friends and I will be performing in Pittsburgh on November 8, 2025. Up to now, our audience has mostly been cows and crickets at a farmhouse once a year. This will be our first time playing for actual people at a real party. Should be a lot of fun for us—and hopefully for anyone listening, too.
 

Something new

I’ve also started sketching out a new song. The verse has a slightly darker feel while the chorus lifts into something more upbeat (a large contrast). It has been tough to segue between sections so far. Here’s a clip from the verse section for the curious Solfegietto. Not sure if this one will ever make it to a finished state, but I had a great time creating it.
